Return Eligibility

You may return unused, unworn shoes in original packaging within 30 days after you receive your package. Items with stains, scratches or damaged packaging are not eligible for return.

Return Steps

  1. Contact our support team to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the product securely and send it back following our return instruction.
  3. We will inspect the item once received.

Refund Timeline

After inspection approval, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund arrival time depends on your payment provider.
